Zur Kontrolle oder vorübergehenden Verringerung der postpartalen Uterusblutung, wenn eine konservative Behandlung gerechtfertigt ist. Der Aufblas- und Entleerungsprozess ist sehr schnell und es ist möglich, den Katheter im Falle einer Fehlplatzierung neu zu positionieren.
- Das Kit besteht aus einem Katheter, einer 60-ml-Spritze und einem Flüssigkeitsauffangbeutel
Katheter mit 2 Ballons: - ein externer Ballon (1), der mit steriler Kochsalzlösung (maximale Füllmenge 60 ml) durch das blau gefärbte „Wasser“-Lumen (3) aufgepumpt wird, und ein interner Ballon (2), der mit Luft durch das transparente „Luftfüll“-Lumen aufgepumpt wird (empfohlene Füllmenge: 360 cc Luft, was 6 Pumpvorgängen mit der 60 ml Spritze entspricht; maximales Aufpumpen 420 cc).
- Das spezielle Aufblasventil (4) des transparenten Lumens ermöglicht es, die Spritze während des Aufblasens angeschlossen zu halten.
- Das rote Drainagelumen (5) muss zur korrekten Überwachung des Blutverlustes mit dem eingebauten Flüssigkeitssammelbeutel (6) verbunden werden.

For the control or temporary reduction of postpartum uterine bleeding when conservative treatment is justified. The inflation and deflation process is very quick, and the catheter can be repositioned in case of misplacement.
The kit consists of a catheter, a 60 ml syringe, and a fluid collection bag.
Catheter with 2 balloons:

One external balloon (1), inflated with sterile saline solution (maximum fill volume 60 ml) through the blue “water” lumen (3).

One internal balloon (2), inflated with air through the transparent “air-fill” lumen (recommended fill volume: 360 cc of air, corresponding to 6 pumps with the 60 ml syringe; maximum inflation 420 cc).

The special inflation valve (4) of the transparent lumen allows the syringe to remain attached during inflation.

The red drainage lumen (5) must be connected to the integrated fluid collection bag (6) for correct monitoring of blood loss.
